Use the included records for any mix of clients and employees. Agency team-member login accounts are unlimited and do not use your record allowance.
What can the AI Assistant actually do?
Ask it to find a client, summarize a record or uploaded document, identify missing intake items, draft a family follow-up, prepare a client brief, create tasks and notes, or show which families need attention.
Can I add more AI Assistant requests?
Yes. Each $10 monthly pack adds 100 requests to your agency allowance. Packs are repeatable, so you can add 100, 200, 300, or as many additional requests as your agency needs.
Are there any per-seat fees?
No. Invite your full agency team without paying per user. Client and employee portal access is included too.
How is Family Billing priced?
Family Billing is included with GoodABA. When a family pays through GoodABA, a 2% facilitation fee is deducted from the agency's proceeds, with a $1 minimum and $25 maximum per payment, plus Stripe processing. The agency is the merchant of record and Stripe sends payouts to its connected bank account. Families pay only the exact client-responsibility charges the agency selected.
