Your data never trains models. AI requests are processed with zero training retention by our model provider, under a Business Associate Agreement.
Workspace-scoped by construction. The assistant can only read records in your agency's workspace — enforced below the AI at the database layer, not by instructions.
Humans approve everything family-facing. The assistant drafts and proposes; a person on your team reviews and applies. It never sends anything on its own.
