Careers at Valora Behavioral Support Centers

Valora Behavioral Support Centers is an independently founded, private pediatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Operating as a boutique, multidisciplinary facility in the Greater Chicago area (including Forest Park and Naperville), Valora rejects the "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy. Instead, they replicate a structured, school-style environment to offer highly individualized, one-on-one support. Their collaborative care model focuses on three major pillars: building core communication and life skills, strengthening autonomy, and seamlessly bridging clinical milestones into real-world settings like the home and classroom.
